Lunch & Learn United: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

As employees, you are all working in a diverse environment, and taking the time to discuss, recognize, accept and value individual differences in your workplace is essential to your overall success as a company; our goal with this session is to discuss the importance of a positive, inclusive work environment. We hope this training provides recognition and awareness of what Diversity, Equity and Inclusion truly mean, the significance in the workplace and strategies to help employees and managers recognize and value individual differences so as to maximize the potential of all employees.

Meet the presenter: Ned has over 40 years assisting Boards of Directors, CEOs and Senior Management in meeting their goals and objectives. Of those 40 years, 27 have been as an experienced Human Resource professional and maintaining HRCI/PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. He has served as the Director for New York State Society of Human Resource Management (NYS SHRM) representing 15,000 HR professionals across NYS. Ned has served agencies with multiple locations and over 1,600 employees demonstrating effectiveness in functioning within a complex work environment. Ned currently works for OneDigital Watertown as an HR Advisor providing HR consultation to companies throughout Jefferson and St Lawrence County.
